It is the most enjoyable thing for Americans to travel in the books. American students prefer to be library consultants. The Model United Nations, a trading company, a volunteer club, an art performance troupe, a band, and various special societies here cater to students' hobby strengths.

● What are your favorite extracurricular activities?

● Fan Xiaochen: I prefer volunteer activities and sports.

● Zhang Heng: I leave school early at 2:30 every day. I can spend a lot of time doing leisure activities. Joining a club is one of the best ways to spend school time. The life at home is also colorful, and every weekend is a small excursion for me. Shooting training in northern Michigan, weekend trips to Detroit Auto City and walking tours of Rochester town ... make my weekends full and happy.

● What can you gain from extracurricular activities?

● Yu Keqin: First of all, it takes a lot of energy to create a community, and it takes more energy and perseverance to run it well. Those communities are what I love, and among them, I am enjoying it. I am doing what I love. What I want to say is the mutual assistance and friendship between members. What can be learned from various social practices is a kind of care and love for society.

● How do you get along with your classmates at America High School?

● Fan Xiaochen: I got along well with my classmates, but I was still a little less active at the time. I hope that the younger students can take the initiative to communicate and make more friends.

● Zhang Heng: As the only foreign student in the class, it was a great pleasure for me to promote China. There are actually very few students who really understand China in this small American town. Regardless of class or outside class, there are always a few students who are full of interest in the mysterious ancient country of the East, and I am happy to introduce China to them..

The colorful extra-curricular activities of American high schools can not only enrich students' extra-curricular life, but also allow students to acquire a lot of knowledge and skills that they cannot learn in the classroom, develop their personality traits, and enable them to achieve comprehensive development.
