Congratulations! Chen qinying, a student of Grade 2013 of Jiangsu Provincial Liangfeng Senior Middle School International Department,  is admitted to as Ph. D student at University of Delaware and with a full scholarship, the university also provided him with a monthly living wage of $3,000.
